We offer a flexible set of coaching formats to meet leaders where they are:
- One-Time Sessions: A strategic tune-up, sounding board, or moment to reset.
- Mini-Series (6–9 months): Seasonal accompaniment through transitions, milestones, or critical growth points.
- Ongoing Coaching: Monthly check-ins to stay grounded, clear, and connected to your leadership.
- On-Call Sessions: For returning or ongoing clients, we offer responsive support when you need it.
